This documentary follows owner Julie White and employee Ashley Barnett through the trials of running a new business amidst the COVID19 pandemic. This project highlights Source Bakery’s ability to pivot and adapt to a new way of life and a different vision for the bakery. The documentary was shot and edited over a 6 month timespan, including the early stages of the pandemic through the worst of it. Today, Julie and Ashley are optimistic and pushing forward into a new stage of the business.
